I first became aware of Lynda's capabilities when she represented the SELLER of a home I wanted to BUY. Her steadfast allegiance to that Seller was miserable for me (as the buyer). My agent and I tried every ploy we know to get her to waiver . . .but none worked. I ended up buying that house (at over asking) despite her strong support of the seller.
